The media could not be loaded. The clip looks cheap but it's actually pretty good. And you can pull the back off to flip it. Took me a minute to figure it out. My ONLY concern is how the clip has good pressure and that pressure pushes into my screen a little bit. If you have a thick laptop, I wouldn't recommend this clip. I'm still wary with my thin screen. I might get creative and 3d print something to go on it so I can put it on top of my screen and so I can stretch and loosen the pressure because I'm just looking at it press on my screen with anxiety. It cannot be good to keep it on for a long time. Other than that, I like it.

Got this for my son for Christmas... It was what he wanted, but he was disappointed that the clip could only be mounted one way. His computer monitor is near a wall, so he can't clip it on the right monitor as shown in the picture, but the clip doesn't flip around to be able to mount on the left monitor. He will still use it on his laptop though, so we're keeping it. He says it's also not a wide enough clip to fit his thicker gaming monitor.

This clip on holder works exactly how I wanted. It comes with rubber pads that can be reversed to adjust for screen thickness. The phone holder can also be easily reversed to mount on left or right side of the computer screen. Would definitely by again.

...fact is: this bad boy just wasn't designed all that well well. It clips onto the screen, well enough, and it does hold the phone properly. Yet, whenever one happens to jostle the laptop more than a little bit, the phone will sometimes tend to laterally spin itself backwards (around the arch of the hinge) & land with that oh-so-lovely glass-ladened *thud* on the floor behind the desk. For folks like myself, who work at a standing desk, that distance is longer than comfort (& the expense of a stinkin' smart-phone) will allow.I appreciate that the hinge--being free to turn all the way 'round like that--enables one to take the thing apart & use it on either side of the monitor (a nice touch, truly!). But, there's gotta be a way to prevent it from swinging so easily & sending one's expensive phone flying off into the nether...

Do not buy if you want something that turns different directions. This one is one way. If you have a thick laptop/monitor this also isn't for you. It completely unusable for me because it doesn't turn and it clamps too tight onto my thinner monitor affecting the screen.
