Q: What are the actual dimensions of a single link?

1 5/8 inches long,the hook is 7/8" wide, the loop end is 1 1/8

Q: How can i tell which collar i have in regards to link sizes?

The package should indicate the prong size, such as 2.25 mm. This should fit dog with up to 14 inch neck circumference. If too small, you can order additional links. If too large you can remove links. My dog of 50 lbs wears the 2.25 mm size.

Q: Are these links genuine Herm Sprenger made in Germany?

Yes, the packaging that I received was theirs.

Q: How do i order a replacement for middle rectangle square piece that hooks the collar together?ours came off and i can't see it on herm's site either.

I'm not sure, but it seems to me that you need to change the collar to a new one.
