Biotin is a useful supplement for hair condition, and encouraging faster growth. These capsules are comparatively low dose, and you need to take two a day, so this little bottle will only last a month, and for the price being asked, that is very expensive.A lower dose of biotin isn't necessarily a bad thing, as most healthy people on a good diet don't need this supplement, and if you take too much, the body does not absorb it, and it just gets flushed out in your urine.These capsules are easy to swallow, and have no taste, or after taste either. I regularly take biotin supplement to encourage my hair growth, and it really does work. It's not a cure for baldness, just faster hair growth, whilst also thickening it, and keeping it in better condition.I find it hard to recommend this particular product simply because of the price. My normal brand gives me a 6 month supply, and costs less than the one month supply you get here.

I haven't got the results yet as too soon.The only thing that I was concerned about was, there is no leaflet for the herbs,it does not state how many mg on each capsule.
