Lovely. Looks great and functional. I've bought several. Some come shined, others scratched up. Fragil. Handle with care. Breaks easily. I do love this though regardless.

Wonderfully unique.

My 5 year old daughter loves to play with tape. I figured I'd get her this one with a big pack of the cheaper refills as a gift for her birthday, because a) its cute and b) it would hopefully help preserve our supply of the normal disposable tape dispensers for everyone else to use.That was the plan. The reality is, nobody wants to use the old dispensers now because this thing is awesome. It is big (but not too big), heavy (but not too heavy), has a nonslip base, is bright colored, and is very easy to grab. What this means is that it's all but impossible to lose track of on a table full of wrapping paper scraps, you can pull and cut off a piece of tape with one hand, and it works perfectly as a paperweight to prevent the wrapping paper from rolling back up. I am not exaggerating when I say this thing is like having an extra person along to help you wrap stuff. I've started cracking open the old disposable dispensers just so I can load their tape into this thing instead.
