The real deal
At 55% coconut this is a high percentage, more than Biona at 50%. I have used it for some time to make a lentil dhal. I have always been satisfied with the result, it's delicious. The fact that the contents have separated in the can doesn't matter when cooking, as the coconut solids melt.There are no nasty ingredients, such as emulsifiers and stabilisers. I try to avoid these wherever possible and this has improved my digestive health.

Luxury great taste
Thick creamy slightly sweet and divine tasting.Yummy and delicious for Thai curries or a summer pina colada with a heavy hit of rum. Worth every penny for a quality product. Scores high in my kitchen for flavour.

Good flavour but very thin, runny and separated
Given that this is an organic product, it has good flavour, but the downside is that it is extremely thin and runny, and the solid and liquid parts are completely separated - no amount of blending will improve the texture. This coconut milk is okay for curries and savoury dishes, but I wouldn't use it for anything else where consistency of the end product is important. Probably would not buy this again.
