Buckle attachment tips / order extra buckles
In my opinion, the set up for this device requires the presence of 0 children and 2 adults. The adults should be patient, thoughtful minded, have good communication skills, and have 1/2-1 hour to spare. Once we corralled the kids, inside I attempted to put up the line with my slightly inebriated neighbor. He is more engineer minded than me, but he doesn't like to read directions. By the time we got the line up, I thought I would never want to take it down again. Now we've got the awesome device set up in our yard, but the set only comes with three bars and there is room for 10-12 bars. My kids totally love it!Tip: The buckles slide very easily when the slack line is relaxed, but they are nearly impossible to move once the line is tight. Once the line is tightened the buckles seemed to move a few inches from our planned spot. Now I'd love to think I could be patient and make sure the buckles are perfectly aligned, but that is a bit unrealistic for me. Plus the bars are functional and fun if they are a bit crooked. So after a little thinking, my next plan will be to make sure there are about 40 buckles on the line the next time I put it up. I will buy a extra monkey bars from time to time, and I will probably come up with my own obstacles. I assume that with 40 buckles up that we will never ever have to take it down again.

Great purchase - great customer service
I purchased this to take on camping weekends as a good physical activity for the kids as there is limited opportunities to get out and about right now. This really met all expectations and the kids had great time with it. My favorite part was the directions. This is not difficult to hang but as it was my first time doing some5ing like this I really appreciated the booklet that came with detailed step by step instructions and pictures to accompany many of them. My child loves monkey bars so the double strap feature Miquelon to this product was really appealing to me and I’m glad I went with this one. I had purchased extra obstacles and adjustable buckles and there really is no end to the ways you configure the obstacles to change it up and keep everyone interested.I must also say I had a great experience with customer service. While I did not have any problems, I was in need of an extra piece for set up and not only did they reply to my email quickly they also sent the piece out right away and I had it in only a couple days. As far as quality/sturdiness I have only used it once so far (and I’m not an expert) but everything looks and feels good and it performed as expected.

Responsive customer service, fun product
Our family is having a lot of fun with this obstacle course. The printed step-by-step instructions for this item were easy to follow and clearly written. It was helpful to know that aligning all the brackets to be parallel would likely take a few tries of loosening and tightening the strap. The installation involves using a ladder to putt a protective felt band around the tree, then a strap with "belt loops" for the slackline. The straps are designed for normal-sized trees 1-3 feet in diameter. Our trees are a bit bigger at about 5 feet in diameter and the straps did not fit. The instructions describe this scenario and specify that the straps can easily be joined end to end and if more are needed, to drop an email. The customer service rep (Mike) responded to my email and picture incredibly quickly and sent 2 additional straps in the mail that day. I completed the installation and tested it with my adult weight before letting the kids try it out. The ratcheting straps keep everything extremely secure-and the strap didn't budge. We are having so much fun that we kept getting more things to hang to change the obstacle course. We now have a 31 foot slackline obstacle course with rings, monkey bars, a rope ladder and a trapeze bar. It is good backyard fun.

Sturdy and Fun
The kids were really excited to get this, especially right now when its hard to visit playgrounds with social distancing. It took some time and two people to put it up, but it seems sturdy and the kids are enjoying it. The obstacles can be challenging and we are working up to some of them, like the knots. I like that we can add more to the line and we bought more buckles for this purpose. I would recommend buying the extra buckles and putting them on the line even if you don't have all the obstacles yet because you do have to take down the line to put more on, which is time consuming. It's also nice to have more buckles on so you can rearrange the obstacles to create new challenges.**Update** We had some problems with some of the metal brackets coming apart at the soldering point. I contacted the company and heard back right away - within minutes. They told me that they had updated to a thicker metal and would send me new ones. They are replacing all of the brackets plus sending a few extra. I am extremely impressed with this company and their customer service!

Best Slackline Around
Our kids LOVE the Lily's Things slackline. We tried another ninja-line-style product that they just couldn't get into since it didn't offer the parallel monkey bars they're used to from parks and playgrounds. Strongly suggest buying extra clips and installing them before you put the line up. The included 7 obstacles may be enough for a short line but more are needed for longer runs. They can be difficult to position once the line is even slightly tight, and you do have to remember to account for shift in the line as you ratchet or your obstacles may not hang as expected. So long as you position the clips correctly before tightening the line, setup is simple and painless.Lily's Things' support is also awesome. As picture shows, we ran the line between two large trees and needed extra cinch straps. I contacted support on a Friday in the afternoon and had a response from a real person the next morning. The cinch straps were shipped immediately and arrived in a couple days.
