Raw Cacao is delicious AND amazing!!
Drink at least 1 cup of this every day, it's amazingly healthy for your body and delicious. Tastes like Hot Cocoa, if you're looking for making a hot cup of cocoa, without sugar, use some liquid stevia and add some milk (substitute) and it's delicious! You don't have to destroy the nutritional base of the cacao, just add the milk to the cacao first (1/2 cup) and then add the other (1/2 cup of hot water) it turns into a 'warm' cacao, but doesn't destroy the properties of the cacao. Also, add cinnamon for a delicious and health beneficial additive!Cacao is the highest source of magnesium from a whole food and isn't used near as much as it should be. Magnesium relaxes muscles, and dissolve plaque build up in the arteries reversing heart diseases and naturally lowering blood pressure. It is great for weight loss because it has high chromium, regulates blood sugar, and just great for the cardiovascular system as a whole.If you do not heat it and consume it raw, there's even more benefits from the antioxicants, as well as the preservation of vitamin C, which is destroyed with any heating process.
