Consolidated summary of values
Unsure of the accuracy of readings. The values of which are being questioned by the GP (no surprises there then!)

Ok for night time but messes up your health stars if you want to use it daytime
Wish you could tell it you’re not asleep and just intending to use it as a monitor(or could adjust details in the app without having to delete everything) ... unfortunately it assumes all use you’re asleep (despite advertising intimating otherwise) ...

Unable to pair it with any of my devices (multiple Macs, iPads, phones)
I wasn't able to get it to work. It reacted, got led blinking and haptic response but that was all. Pairing it with bluetooth was impossible. And I am pretty good with electronics and computers. Disappointing.

Fake Reading in Oxygen and pulse
I bought one, was excited, the package said it is waterproof 1m underwater, so I took a shower with it. Then the ring got wet and cannot be found by mobile phone Bluetooth any more.I still had hope and bought another one after returning the first one.The second one did not touch any water, but the reading was awful. My reading was 90+ at rest and 60+ during exercise. My Huawei Watch said it was 70 at rest and 128 during exercise. I actually manually counted my heart rate and found the watch was correct. As for Oxygen, as a healthy young man, my reading for the first ring was 77 when I hold my breath for 1 min and 98 at rest with normal breath (before the shower, of course); while the second ring was 95 at rest and 87 during exercise (I did not even bother to hold the breath for such crap item).Made-in-China brands are mostly at standard quality with good price such as my Huawei Watch, but this brand is clearly well below average. With such price I could buy a Bluetooth watch with same and more functions. It is unfortunate that such heath monitoring devices are not checked well in the UK and I have seen similar feedback under most similar products. Some other device of other sellers even did not have a blood oxygen sensor yet they claim to have blood oxygen monitoring function. The platform and the law should be paying more attention to these matters, as I don't think it is fair to let us, customers, to do the authorities' job.
