I purchased this item in hopes of making the top of a boot section for my outfit for cosplay at NYCC 2016 and it worked better than I could have imagined. it's thicker than I imagined it would be but, that turned out to be a good thing. I went as I did at last years con as Old School Thor (Jack Kirby's Thor) except last year, I didn't have the boot top because I couldn't figure out how to make it. this year I had an idea, but needed the right material to give me the shape and form of the boot top but not be to rigid and uncomfortable to wear for close to 12hrs per day at NYCC.I received the plastic sheet, used the paper template I designed and with a very sturdy, strong pair of "pro" scissors (got them here at amazon!) I cut out the boot tops. thanks to a hot glue gun, some snaps and some black and some yellow faux leather material, I made the bottom of Thor's boots come to life! this year, my Thor BrOdinson, was truly complete. they gave the look of the boot, at the top, around the knee cap that old school Thor look that was missing last year. my thanks to the seller of this product as it helped my efforts at this and I'm sure next years NYCC to be a smashing success!

I didn't use this for original intended purpose, because it was not flexible enough, but ended up using it months later on an outdoor project and it was a perfect solution for being wisconsin weather tolerant. Glad I could use it! Shipped flat and in good condition. Thank you

It is not bendable like the photo suggests. I purchased it to made a cylindrical shape for a Halloween costume and it does not bend; it's very rigid. It would work if you needed a hard surface to protect a table while crafting, but do not buy this item thinking you can bend it into some shape.
