Zamst ZK 7 Knee Support - Black, Small

I bought this brace just before a backpacking trip to South Sister, OR. I hurt my knee while backpacking a few years ago, causing a painful twinge in my knee while hiking downhill. I'm happy to say that I felt no pain for the entire trip, even with a net elevation change of about 6000 ft.Pros:- No pain in knee for entire trip- Size was just as described- Pretty breathable, not too hot, and wicks sweat away pretty wellCons:- After three days of near constant use it started rubbing the back of my knee joint raw, but it wasn't unmanageable.

High quality construction. Should last forever. I followed the instructions to the "T" of measuring around the leg so far from the kneecap which ended up putting me well onto the small size. I am not able to use this size at all. Should have ordered the next size larger at least.

This knee brace adjusts in all the right places without being too clunky and binding. I have tried many other styles and recommend this one for both support and range of movement.

according to the manufacturer website, i need a size small so that's what i ordered. it was so tight that it gave my otherwise chicken legs a makeshift blubber roll above the brace from squeezing so tight. returned and reordered the medium. much more comfortable and great support.

Best knee brace I found after an MCL injury. I was able to use this in jiu jitsu practice as I was making my comeback.
