So glad I bought it. Great product. Amaaazing!
The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant to buy this because of some negative reviews. Not sure why? Even someone that apparently is a "professional baker" said this doesn't work.... I am a home baker and had no issues with it. This product is amazing. Easy to use. The flavor is like eating a no sugar sour candy. Is not that bad. So whoever wrote on the reviews that is terrible..again....not true!I did two coats. Let the first coat dry for about 1 hr then apply the second coat and let it dry overnight. Then I apply gold luster dust and it was perfect.

Taste terrible unedible
This product works well however, it is not edible it is the worst tasting concoction I’ve ever encountered. It also was not returnable, which was very disappointing.

Great, went perfectly even with first time use. Stuff is pricey
This was my first time I I’ve ever used edible lace mix. I like that it was so easy to use, the lace came out great. It didn’t stretch or break when I removed it. I just spread the ready mix out on my silicone mat and took off excess with my flat icing spatula. I let it set all day and easily tested a corner to check if it was done drying or not. I made several pieces of lace and stored them in a Tupperware in the fridge with parchment between each. I’ll try to add pics the next time I make more lace to show the process. I actually was whipping up a quick cake for my little nephew (ignore the sloppy writing!) and grabbed a piece of lace from the fridge for easy decorating. The lace on the cake I actually cut in half horizontally with scissors very easily. The taste isn’t great, but that’s expected. It’s not terrible, it’s sort of “bright” tasting. Tart. I just take it off before eating the cake. The 4 stars are because this stuff is pricey. The 10 oz jar is gonna make me probably 15-18 pieces of lace. At $25 a jar it’s a bit much.

Go to sugar lace product!
I have used several different sugar lace products, but this one in my opinion is the best. It was supper easy to use. I did a test run letting it air dry and oven dry. The air dry over night is the best. I was totally sold when the coral rose lace, 11"x15", easily peeled right out of the mold. I have to say it doesn't taste good at all, but it looks fabulous. Take it off and eat the cake.

Extremely Disappointed
I was very disappointed. The color was not what I expected. It appears that the product was past its expiration date.

Very easy to use
This product was smooth and silky. It easily went onto my silicone mat in a thin layer. The cross stitch mat came out so easy! It took a little mire effort to get the lace out, but it came.
