Two of the twelve headphones won't charge
I charged the headphones as instructed overnight. 10 of the 12 charged up fine but 2 won't take a charge. I'm waiting for a response from the seller as to what to do about that. I'm hoping this can be resolved soon as school starts soon.UPDATE:: I contacted Amazon and they are sending out a full replacement kit so I can extract two working ones from that kit and send the faulty ones and the remaining parts back to Amazon... Awesome service. I also contacted the distributor but they indicated it was totally in Amazon's hands, but that turned out to be fine.Testing... Other than the two faulty ones, the signal is strong from the transmitter and works at substantial ranges and through walls. The sound in the earphones is plenty acceptable, but not audiophile quality by any means, but for student classroom use it will be great.I don't know yet what happens when the NmHi batteries fail over time, whether they are replaceable or not. I'll deal with that in a year or two I hope...

Great purchase I wholeheartedly recommend
Great product. Every headset works perfectly. I used this so that the family can watch tv without disturbing the neighbors or anyone in the house who who like some quiet. I have very thin walls. This is perfect. Each headset has its own volume control and is comfortable to wear. I have had these for 3 months. I then decided to get a second station.

I bought 2 of complete 12 person wireless headphones for my classroom.They look good but in fact they are the worst headphones I ever had . The sound is not clear at all and students can not hear anything but noises. They are wast of money .

Headsets are very tight
The sound quality is not too bad, but the headsets are very tight for adult use, specially if the user is wearing earrings. Had to return the set because all the users at church who tried it complained about the size and did not want to wear it.

Poor sound quality.
Tried these headsets for English to Spanish translation for church service, but there is a lot of white noise or hissing in the units. Wanted to return but was past the allowed time.
