Bought these for all my little kids!! Manufacturers are making all the shoes flat, causing arches to fall and creating a multitude of problems. I was aware of this for my husband and I and all of the sudden realized that the children's feet were angled wrong with flat insoles--they just weren't complaining because they don't have bad backs and knees yet! We got these for the kids and they were shouting and jumping up and down how great they felt! Wish I had thought of this sooner! This brand has a great fit and seem very sturdy and high quality. (I had to reorder a larger size for one of them so it is possible that they run a little small in general). Totally recommend!!

I purchased to help with my son’s foot pronation. He has been using for several months. So far the pronation has not improved but it seems to make shoes more comfortable for him.

My 6yo has flexible flat feet and the doctor recommended over-the-counter arch support insoles. These are high quality, not flimsy insoles that withstood at least 9 months of daily use.Choosing the right size can be an issue because these insoles tend to run small. For example, when he was in US size 13.5 shoes, 13-2 insoles were the exact fit. He’s now in US size 1.5 shoes and I trimmed under a quarter inch off of the 2.5-4.5 insoles.I’d recommend buying two pairs (right size + one size bigger) and see if they fit.

These are great hinsoles. Good arch support. Comfortable. Not true to size. Size up.

We used these in a pair of shoes for 9 months with no problems and it didn't change the foot shape but it did correct knee posture and walking posture. However..... By the end of the school year we got her a new pair of shoes and it was so horrible. In the new shoes they caused pressure to the top of the foot causing bruises, and consequently to the bottom of the foot, causing blisters because the insole is too high. This caused discomfort and severe pain to the point where my child actually couldn't even walk. We had to keep her home from school for a week so her feet could heal and recover, while she cried from the pain. Having had both experiences be completely different, I really highly caution parents to choose very wide and roomy shoes with these.

We bought these instead of DAFO leapfrog inserts to try for my special needs kiddo, as they are less expensive. Our PT was impressed with the quality. They are pretty deep, so make sure you have shoes that are deep enough to hold them without the kid's heel popping out. My little one is an infant size 5 at 3 years old, and these are small enough.

These are really thick and my child is unable to use them. It causes him to walk right out of his shoes. We are unfortunately 2 days past the return window. Can't recommend these for athletic shoes. Terrible waste of money.
