its broken when i got the tub, maybe because of the weather is somehow dry. so i put it in the tub with water for couple days, and it has fixed.Friendly reminder, if you have the same issue, because the weather is not good for the wood, put water ALL DAY. and you'll see the difference. when wood getting drier, the wood will relive itself

I got this months ago so that my family and I could use in communion in order to follow the example Jesus left for us to wash one another's feet. Usually we sing and pray, then we share the Word, break bread and drink wine from one cup before we do the feet washing. It usually lasts 1hr So, I put the water at the beginning before we start and it stays very nice and warm. It's also easy to clean and keep. The only thing is that I wish it came with a handle because it does get heavy to carry. And the gold rim around it doesn"t really stay put.

I bought two of these and one is great. The other one split from bottom to top on the side. I had only used it a couple of times, always with a plastic liner so that no water was actually in the bucket. I am very disappointed in the product, as it wasn't cheap.

I used this bucket twice with warm water to soak my feet. Paid &$100 for it. It came with no lid that was advertised to have & started leaking after the second time using it & the metal rings that were supposed to bind the cedar wood slats together came completely off as they were not secured on properly. The picture shows the cracking that happened from just soaking feet in warm water. This product wouldn't make a good plant pot let alone a foot soaking basin. I do not recommend their products.

This is fantastic and easy to use.

Not sure if the basin came with cracks, but there are two of them, starting from the middle and running up, vertically. As soon as the basin arrived, I put some water in it, to prevent the wood from becoming too dry. Maybe not enough? Because the cracks starts in the middle, it doesn't affect us. They are more like hairline crack, not eide, but enough so that water will drip through them. If you get it, inspect it immediately upon delivery. Wood is tricky and I get it, so three stars since it is usable and I do like the wood.
