I was having issues with my wrists lifting heavy weightsWhilst I still do have wrist ligament issues this product has saved me - the pain is much lower with these and mean that I can carry out the lifting that I want to do.. I don't do a gym session without them - I've now ordered another pair as a spare/washing spareVery easy to put on once you can figure out which way round to put your thumb through the holding strap..

I've had a few different wrist wraps in the past, but these are the best so far. I like the Velcro better than the loop type it's far more comfortable and feels more stable. no wrist pain at all with these.

EXCELLENT MATERIALS

I have a weird anatomical structure in my right wrist in that my carpal bones are distributed relatively wide apart. This results in more stress on the ligaments connecting everything, which results in a higher incident of strains and inflammation, which severely limit me on all pulling actions and heavy-loaded pushing exercises. The Bear Grips wrist wraps off-load a lot of the excess strain in that wrist, allowing me to continue the standard stress-recovery-adaptation cycle for the rest of my body. My grip strength in my right hand is unfortunately kind of permanently affected, but the Bear Grips allow me to continue to work my forearms. Very satisfied customer.

These supports have really helped, with my bad wrists they have gave me the support needed to lift again. They really stabilize my wrist and get tight enough to help keep the pain down so I can lift. They fit very well and I can make them as tight as I need.
