Not too shabby
I love can fish, especially small oily fish. This one is great value, I thought I’d try to muster flavor this time, not a big fan of the flavor, kinda has a bitter aftertaste, but the fish is good. Ill stick with tomato sauce next time. Just drain the muster sauce, Toss them with your favorite dressing then they’ll be yummy.4.5 star but round up to 5

Very hot, in chili 🌶️ sauce.
The media could not be loaded. I love the Ocean Prince Sardines, especially with rice. Be warned if you can't handle hot food, this brand of Ocean Prince Sardines is not for you. It is in Louisiana hot sauce (chili 🌶️), onion, water, salt, soy bean oil and more. Not a lot of sardines in the can, only three but I am not counting. I love the taste and that I can prepare a quick meal.

Big Chinese fish in flavorless mustard sauce
I've eaten sardines my whole life. I keep them in stock in my pantry because I like them quite a lot, and they're a shelf-stable protein that (so far!) I've never gotten tired of eating them. I'm not particularly brand-conscious of the sardines that I buy. When I noticed that these were available, I found the price to be very attractive and bought them without hesitation. They arrived quickly, well-packaged and perfectly intact. But the fish inside the cans are *big*, and that's not typical for the sardines I've eaten for decades -- typically, the fish are very small so that the bones and sinewous bits are soft and palatable, but it is not this way with these big sardines. The flesh itself is much more mealy than the sardines I'm used to, which are typically very delicate. The yellow-colored "mustard sauce" is a strangely-textured flavorless gelatinous goo. And, what's more: These Crown Prince sardines are a product of China.I went through the entire stash of my other sardines and they all had one thing in common: They're Polish. Before I throw the remaining cans in the bin I might see if the cat likes to eat them, but I'm never buying more of these. They're edible, I suppose, but they fail so hard at everything else I hold dear that I really do not want to eat any more of them.

These are so-so, and quality can vary from tin to tin
These are not very good, but I have found quality can vary from tin to tin. Some tins have a fairly decent amount of (weak) mustard. Other tins are packed in a weak, watery, yellowish liquid that is pretty gross. And in some tins, the sardines are so overcooked that their texture is very hard and tough--not at all like standard tins of sardines. Yet in other tins, the sardines are fairly moist and appetizing.I originally gave these a 1-star rating, but I have revised it to a 3-star rating because lately the tins I have been opening are better than earlier tins. Certainly not high quality sardines, but they are cheap and are good enough that I am continuing to re-order them.

SPICY!!!
I like spicy things but this is a bit too spicy. Other than that, it's a good value for the money.
