Q: What is the length of the thread if i were to use on a kitchen countertop?

thread length is 44mm. you can use it for kitchen countertop.

Q: I have bought in few months back and every 15 days I have to get it fixed at bottom. It always keeps on losing up. Is there a support for this product

It is a problem with fitting, not with the product I guess. I have used a wall mount and it fits perfectly fine.

Q: What is diameter of the base, where it will mount on deck / sink.

50mm base plate size, and hole size must be 22mm to 45mm.

Q: does it have mixer or comes without mixer ?

This model does not have mixer. Its only for single tap function.
