The drain hole is closed due to hardening of the paint. I need to open the drain hole. is there way to remove the tape I covered for drain?

A utility knife will open it. And you may need to sand a bit. Best advice as instructed on the videos is to remove while set but still wet.

How do you fix areas that left circle spots after the pour?

I encountered the same issue and asked the manufacturer and distributor for advice. They stated to sand down the substrate and re-pour again.
