Game changer
I’ve struggled with normal wrist straps but these are so much better. Expensive but worth it especially if you struggle with forearm strength like I do.

I don’t understand how a little piece of leather can make such a huge difference, but it really does. These things are amazing - better than any lifting strap I’ve ever used. Definitely buy a pair.

Best bit of gym kit to date. Excellent on back exercises as they allow you to work to failure as opposed to your grip and forearms dying on you. Pricey, yes. But well worth it. Increases your lift weight straight away.

Best choice for pull movements. Better than straps, better than hooks. I will buy again when they, and if the grips get destroyed.
