Exactly what we needed and it works great would recommend!

Flimsy construction and poor install directions! The gate only has on lock point therefore the fence twists when it auto closes and misses the female end of the lock. Waste your money on something else. Gate doesn’t work and it is HORRIBLE to install. Is it too much to ask to have the manufacture produce an install video? Lazy, obnoxious and poorly thought out by the manufacturer. Go with a more sturdy wrought iron gate.

The first gate we received with the fencing, arrived incomplete. Pieces were missing, places where there was supposed to be predrilled holes and hardware, there was nothing. Directions were for a completely different type of gate. We boxed the gate back up, reordered another one since we had most of the fencing up already, and needed it. And took the incomplete gate to a ups store to be shipped back to get our refund. That all happened on Sept 11th. Today is Sept 28th, they have received the gate but we have yet to get our nearly $500 refund for the defective gate. The second gate that arrived was perfect. All hardware was included. All predrilled holes were complete also. Gate and fence work great, and it is keeping our granddaughters safe. We tried to reach out to the company prior to sending back the first gate, but the phone number that Amazon gave us, was never answered, and the mailbox was full so we could not leave a message. And our email went unanswered. Terrible customer service from the company. Only took 1 star off for that headache because the final result is a very nice fence/gate that does it’s job, was simple to install in a day, and keeps our grandchildren safe. Priceless and worth many stars.

If you’re going to install this yourself plan to use ALOT of concrete drill bits! Overall the fence is nice easy to install once the holes are drilled, paper guides help a lot!

The gate would be easier to install, had the pins that hold the door railing into the ground been included in the package. Package came damaged, however the rest of the fence went in nicely and looks decent. This would have been a true one star experience except for the fact that the manufacturer had a US number to call, US people to talk to, and quickly got me the missing parts, even over Christmas. So, I can't wait to get them and finish this fence.

I was concerned that we might not be able to see inside the fence area from the house, but the entire area is clearly visible.

Works as expected, keeps the dogs out. Swings shut fast enough to cut them off after you enter. Lock keeps our toddler out and safe.

The instructions are horrible. They don't tell you what screws go with what. And I wouldn't know what I missing since there is no details on anything in that box. We had to look at the outside of the box and try to figure it out. The condition of the boxes were horrible. All torn up. We also ordered 3 4X12 fences to go with it. Those boxes were even worse. We had the mailman check his truck for missing screws. Thank goodness they were in there. I read in other reviews that the boxes were torn up, but I just figured it was in the delivery. Honestly I think they come that way and good luck getting all the pieces. If I had to do it all over again I would research more and go with another brand. Very disappointed for price ($700 total). I am surprised Amazon would sell this. I hope it holds up, We have only had it a week and my grandson hasn't seen been over yet.
