For health conscious people. Best Buy
Those who are health conscious and wants to avoid use of non stick and Aluminum ( as they are known to cause health problems) can go for this. Very well built, sturdy and long lasting. Of course you need to take care of this Cookwear as they are made of steel and prone to get rust. But if you follow the instructions given along with the product you can avoid it.

Good kadhai; must be cleaned and curated before first use
The iron kadhai is good. Mine arrived with a minor dent at the bottom, not very noticeable. So didn't return it. But docking off one point.I have seen some reviews where users have trashed the product (and similar iron kadhai) that food got spoilt, became all black after use. That is our fault - we didn't clean and curate the kadhai. After receiving, wash the kadhai at least 3-4 times with scrouge and detergent till the black residue guess away. Then heat the kadhai, let it cool down and then apply liberal coat of oil on both sides. Repeat this process for three days. Then and then only use the kadhai. Not only all the black residue will be gone, the kadhai will be nicely curated, shiny and non stick. This must be done for any iron or cast iron vessel. See my pic after curating and it is oil that is seen.

Iron sheet
This is not a cast iron kadai as expected — it’s made from layered sheet iron. The build feels lighter and different from traditional cast iron. Disappointed, as the product description was unclear.

Coating off in 1st use
The product doesn’t match the brand value..within the 1st use the coating was off and kept leaving black residue making the food black and non edible.. it’s best to buy from local trusted vendors than online. Do not recommend this product at all

Value for money
The product is easy to handle, light weight , heat is well spread at the bottom and performs well. Size is ideal for 3 to 5 people. Comfortable to clean. Just the rust it catches after every wash is a problem.
