Allow downspout to remain flat against the house
My husband liked these a lot. It was difficult for him to find an offset version so the downspout would remain up against the house. These fit the bill.

Fits 4 x 3 inch downspout.
Fits well. These are hard to find at the present time. Leaving a review is a pita though.

Adapter fits inside 4" PVC hub.
Exactly what I was looking for. I have large downspouts and was having trouble finding the 3×4×4 offset adapters. This offsets where the gutter downspout enters the PVC underground piping, causing the downspout to sit closer to the house for a flush and cleaner look.

incorrect dimensions
It would be nice if the description had the correct dimensions so people don't have to waste their time returning this. Actual is more like 3.5 x 4.5. I know they make ones that are a close fit so now I guess I have to dig into the reviews and questions of other products to make sure its the right size

Width is correct - Depth is not
The portion that accepts the gutter downspout is not sized properly - it's way too big. The 4" width is correct, but the 3" depth is more like 3.7" or so. The result is a large gap that is rather unsightly. Otherwise the product works fine.

Great product, fits as expected
I wasn’t able to get this size adaptor from Home Depot or Lowes even that they sell four inch downspouts. As expected, it fits well so I was very greatful for availability.
