Much to my surprise I found a thank you note from Nature's Nutrition thanking me for buying the product. Color me impressed. Apple Cider Vinegar gummies is kind of the "hidden secret" behind the Goli commercials trumpeting weight loss. These gummies are just as good (arguably better I'd say) as Goli and probably a better formula with the Beet juice.Taste is good, and I can't help but sing the praised of apple cider vinegar. I have lost 12 pounds since I have started using the product as it seems to lower my appetite. I am convinced these helped jumpstart my metabolism. As a 50+ man looking to get in better shape for a variety of reasons I am grateful for the help from this product. (And yes, I am also exercising regularly.)Another side benefit, my athlete's foot seems to have been given a boost in going away, in addition to using a fungal cream found on Amazon. These taste so good I could eat them all the time.....but I use them as directed. I haven't had any miraculous results, but I keep taking them anyway....LOL I've been taking them for about a year and have no complaints about them at all. Apple Cider Vinegar is suppose to be good for you in many ways, so I'm all for it.

I read a lot about benefits of acv. I like the taste of these gummies. Worth the buy. I hope to get health benefits as well.

i just stated on these gummy's - I take two in the afternoon. It's still to early to tell. But they taste pretty good.

Overall these gummies have good ingredients with the exception of 5 grams of sugar per 2 (which is a serving) There are similar products on the market without all the sugar. Do your research first, these are not for everyone.
