I recently purchased the Catalyst Waterproof Case for my AirPods Pro 2nd Generation, and it has exceeded my expectations. Protective case for drops, water, and scratches. Some of the AirPod cases lose the top, but this model has a top that is connected to the base with a hinge. It is more protective than other cases I have seen.

This a great additional to you everyday carry. I keep mine on my belt loop. My last one lasted 5 years of daily use and travel before the material ripped that held in the carabiner.

Item does fit AirPods Pro 2 but doesn’t have cutouts. Case doesn’t have cutouts for the speakers on the bottom of the case.

I had purchased another product from a different company but wasn’t satisfied because the top could still open up, and I could lose the AirPods’ earpieces without realizing it.My son recommended the Catalyst case, so I decided to give it a try. What I love about the Catalyst case is that it securely holds the top of my AirPods. I attach it to my keychain, and my keys are conveniently in my pocket. This way, I can keep the top on and prevent losing the individual earpieces.The case comes with a tiestring that can be used to put on your wrist or tie off to something.However, I wish it came with a carabiner instead. I had a carabiner from the other product that didn’t work for me, so I put it on the Catalyst case, and it’s working great now.

This is the only Airpods case I use! It protects and holds the case well and prevents the lid from swinging open when I'm out and about. I also love that it is easy to remove whenever it is time to give it a good clean.

This case has worked well for my needs. My main concern was making sure the top stayed closed upon dropping it (which happens often!) and it's stayed secure every single time due to its to turn down/turn up edges (rather then the hinged design which is what most AirPods cases are). I recommend this product.
