The top is great. What is better is that Besttop sent me a replacement part for it without even making me verify my purchase, and it arrived in less than a week. That is some top notch customer service. My only complaint is the terrible instruction manual in the box. Without the YouTube video on installing the top, I would not have been able to make heads or tails of my of the images.

As many have stated, do not rely on instructions sent with it. Go to their website and find the correct YouTube video! Would have saved my husband a lot of time and frustration had I read that from other reviews to begin with.As far as quality goes- amazing. I am 38 weeks pregnant and can easily operate it myself! It is sturdy and does not let rain in when closed. I've noticed zero difference in road noise. For my family, it has been a "no regrets" purchase!

I purchased this for my 2023 Jeep JLU high tide. Install was pretty simple, especially if you follow along with the company’s YouTube video. It’s somewhat tight when you first install it, so I would recommend letting the top sit in the sun before you latch it all up for the first time. No issues with it in the first year of owning.

I didn’t get the one that’s squared on the back, but I got the one angled down in the back. By the time I realized it, I’d already installed it most of the way. Wasn’t about to undo everything. Still a nice top, but sad I didn’t get the one I wanted.

Purchased the Bestop 5472517 Supertop Ultra for a 2019 JL for my wifes birthday. all good and everyones happpy until I tried to install 2 weeks later. It takes 4 hours to install mind you. Im about 2 hours in and find that I have duplicate parts and no opposite hand parts. duplicate drivers side windows but no passenger side windows. cant drive it like this so it has to sit unless I take it all back apart and reinstall the hard top. realizing people make mistakes, I contact customer service. they actually asked for photos of the missing and duplicate parts. really...you want pics of missing parts, you want pics of the assembly. you want pics of the duplicate parts. I even offered to send the dups back. How about since you dont believe, I take it all back apart, stick it in a box and you can take all the photos you want of the missing and duplicate parts when you receive. I dont have time play games and to let a vehicle sit for 5-7 days while you figure out the next proof of missing parts. Ill collect my $2500 within a week and buy from your competitor. Believe me now! Thanks for ruining a 50th!

All good except for the back window which was sent to me all scratched up.

This top has a lot of flexibility with the different configurations you can quickly convert between. Sunrider mode and safari mode are among my family's favorites. The twill is very durable and gives a great look to the top. So far so good!!
