The thing is built like a tank
The thing is built like a tank, really neato. Had a delivery person comment how nice it was, a person that has obvious experience in door bell dinging. Also, my Grain was vertical just like the picture shows.

Like it but the "grain" of the stainless steel cover ...
Like it but the "grain" of the stainless steel cover plate runs horizontally (not vertically as in the picture). Also, the button in the picture looks grey/black which is very nice, but the actual button is plain stainless steel color, like the cover plate itself. It looks fine but not like the posted Amazon picture which is misleading...

Well made and handsome
Sleek and modern, the doorbell button and escutcheon are well designed and well manufactured. The button itself has an o ring to waterproof the installation. Simple to install.

Looks very elegant. Too bad the bell never rings when it's pressed. (Stopped working soon after installing.)

Classy doorbell
Installed quickly and easily. Looks great. and solid Subtle elegance. (Installation Note: If installing on stucco, make sure you have the right drill bits before starting the project.)

Works fine
This is the third one I've bought. The button can be removed from the square and installed directly. The edges on the square can be a bit rough, but nothing that can't be easily touched up with a file or sandpaper.
