Yes, but it will take a lot of the stretch out of the fabric.

Q: can i use this to glue rhine stones to fabric?

Yes! This is the only glue I use to rhinestone costumes, etc. Excellent flexible hold and nearly no odor. It cures quickly, too!

Q: Can I use it to apply glitter on fabric?

I don't know that the glue would stay on. I would use fabric glue.
