When I saw this item's ad, I figured the price was so low I just had to try it!When I GOT the oscilloscope I had REALLY low expectations. It only took a few minutes to realize my expectations were WAY too low! I haven't had time enough to put it through many tests, but everything I see so far is a wonderful surprise! IT WORKS! It won't replace a thousand dollar scope, but it WILL replace cheaper scopes!Figuring out how to use it is a bit of a pain. The instructions REALLY suck. If you know nothing of oscilloscopes, avoid this one. If you know how to use a scope, this is an amazingly powerful, super small oscilloscope. It lacks the features of scopes costing dozens of times as much - of course - but it does an amazing job for something so small and inexpensive.The price is cheap. The value is amazing! It seems to be quite well built. The display, though small, is easily readable, bright and clear. I find this is an amazingly useful tool. I think you will too.Actually using the scope proves it is VERY usable, and for the price it is a ridiculously good value! Try it! You'll love it!

Bought this to set the gains on my amplifier and check at what volume my head unit sent clip signals to my speakers. I had bought a different one prior to this and it was horrible. Froze up. Couldn't figure it out at all. I know absolutely nothing about oscilloscopes. That's how easy this was to figure out. I got my amp gain set PERFECTLY and found clipping point of my head unit with ease in literally a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. I'm not sure about what other uses this device is capable of or how well it will perform them. But for what I needed it for it was absolutely perfect.

Out of the package didn't work at all, would not power on..power supply was fine 9 volts measured on multimeter, no screen protector, no instructions, looked used before.. contacted Amazon and they are great and are sending another one.. follow up to come but a bad start..seems customer's are saying it's hit or miss with quality on these... Not happy right now though !Follow up to prior review..I was sent a brand new one in the box with papers and cables sealed so I can say it works great and exactly as ordered.. Things were made right quickly ! Recommend product but check to make sure it's new and in a sealed electrostatic bag with manual.

I used this little Jewel to diagnose my O2 sensor operation. Its a little quirky to figure out initially, but simple enough once you get the hang of it.The instructions are mostly useless as they are intended for those assembling the unit.This is a very handy little tool for mechanics to keep in their box next to your bore scope, and DVOM. It only works on systems under 20V ... so diesel folks beware, of your 24V systems.For 12V and 6V folks its a great jewel for the DYi tool box, especially for testing sensors that cycle. such as O2 and Fuel Injectors.

I ordered this back in September and finally finished building the car audio system so that I could use this to set the gains. Well, it doesn't work. I even took it to a local car audio shop to make sure I wasn't just doing something wrong. It's too late to return it, so I'm just out the money. Go figure. This one is junk. I would encourage you to get a slightly higher quality product.

If you bought this you know what it is and what it does. In my opinion I think it’s amazing to be able to use this type of tool in the palm of your hand and be portable to take anywhere. You can buy little battery pack and Velcro it to the back, that’s what I did to truly make it portable, worth it for $8 and that was a 2 pack. Settings are easy to use and navigate and I’ve seen a few YouTube videos comparing how accurate this is to desk top units costing several thousands of dollars and it was dead on accurate as those. I use mine to find distortion in car audio applications and to give me an idea of where to start to set gains at. It’s been a great addition to my tool box.

Easy enough to use and works although not always flawlessly , Would highly recommend to anyone trying to set amp gains using this would ensure you are protecting your investment in the long run.

Works great for finding audio clipping point. Must have if you install car/motorcycle stereos
