Works really well
I replaced my old lock with this one works great. I have a gateway paired with it I can unlock my door remotely from the app. After using it for 2 years now I have 3 of these locks and I love them. I stopped caring house keys

the best code/ key/ quick access door way acess ever!!
It was very easy to install, I put them on my office that gets used daily. they work flawlessly every time. number pad take a few taps sometimes to get to light up, but after that response is quick and reliable. very nice keypad door knob. I would defiantly buy again :-)

Drains batteries
I bought this lock and was so excited about the keypad, alexa capabilities, and card feature, but have never gotten to use them. Our lock drains batteries. We have put all new Duracell batteries in 3 or 4 times and the batteries die, so we aren't ever able to use the door. Very disappointed.

Quality Door Lock.
Bought this lock not knowing what to expect when it arrived it is very high-quality , easy to install with lots of great features. I rated this a 4 Star not 5 for two reasons the first is because the directions are not very clear., mostly pictures (but you can figure it out or YouTube it) The other reason is that there is no Bluetooth or app for it to unlock. Other then that Works Great, Looks Great & feels like a quality product.

Great smat lock
Just installed my new lock on my bedroom door and it's just perfect. It's easy to install and looks great. I'm loving all the features just wish the hub wasn't so difficult to find.

Works great.
Purchased this lock September 1, 2020. (It's January 7, 2023 when I posted this)I haven't had any issues with it so far, I think it is time to replace the battery now as I notice the lock is slightly slower to unlock than normal. I am impressed over the battery life.

Not Easy
I normally don't write a review... when I do, you know it means something.This lock was not easy to install. The directions were horrible. I had to YouTube directions. This helped but it was still not easy. The programming was confusing. The door locks automatically after 10 seconds, even if you don't tell it to lock. Every time you want to go through it, you have to press the code. I've installed a lot of electronic locks and I am pretty mechanically inclined. I would not recommend this lock.

looks good but doesnt hold up
lock worked find for about a 9 months now its not working anymore no contact to reach support.Update I love this lock and after speaking with customer support they sent me a new lock I definitely recommend this lock
