These retrofitted LED lights look 100 times better than my old recessed can lights. My kitchen is so bright! A great feature is that you can pick the color temperature of the lights before you install them. Installation was easy and took just a couple minutes for each light. I highly recommend these lights.

I replaced my old living room, kitchen and hallway can lights with these. I like things to be very bright, so the 5000K and 1100 lumens appealed to me. No dingy yellow bulbs for me (or as i refer to incandescents... "civil-war-era technology")I had never hooked up a can light before but a 2 minute youtube video showed me that I needed to squeeze the arms together and put them between the notches in the fixture. Once I saw that, I could remove the old lights and install the new without even looking up at them! There are lots of videos about this topic. They may use different brands, but the process is the same. And honestly I think almost all of these bulb kits are made by the same Chinese company and 200 other companies slap their name on it. But this looks like a good product, and I was very pleased with the results especially for the price! They work great with my GE Enbrighten smart dimmer switches too.

We had our kitchen remodeled and our electrician recommended replacing our standard can lights with these. He then showed me how easy it is to replace them! They have settings, so you choose the type of lighting you want in each room and they absolutely provide a clean, updated look. I’ve been replacing all of our old can lights throughout the house. The kitchen was done almost 3 years ago, no burnouts yet.

These are well designed and cleanly made LED light fixtures. We were replacing 6” recessed can lights with these. In our installation we needed to leave the metal cans in place (no way to remove these because they are connected to the power source). The LED lights come with small ‘spider’ legs tensioned to press against the inside wall of the existing cans. The legs have little loops bent into them, which makes it easy to put the lights in, but they slide down under the weight of the LED fixture! There isn’t enough tension in the legs, and without a pointy end they won’t stay in place. Eventually I was able to push a couple of legs into some narrow slots in the cans, and that was enough to hold them in place, but this was a last resort. We tried other jury-rigged alterations, but the slots were the only thing that worked. Installing the lights otherwise is easy — just select the temperature range, screw into the regular fixture, and push the unit up. Just be prepared to fuss with them a bit to get them to stay in place!

These are adjustable for brightness - which helped quite a bit in trying to find the right light for my kitchen. This allowed me flexibility to adjust during the installation. Both easy to install and easy to adjust. Very happy with purchase.

The product does everything it is supposed to do! Most importantly to me though is it lowers your energy bill, greatly reducing usage and saving MONEY!! I had an issue with an item not working properly but the company stood behind their product and a new replacement is on its way! It's worth noting that you may see some selling for less but remember you get what you pay for. That being said any company that stands behind their product like they did for me is worth the cost. They are competitively priced so again worth the price! They are easy to install and look brilliant!

I had to install clips in the light cans which is something to check on before to start your install. Once I had clips the springs on the lights installed quickly and it was easy to retro fit the clan. The color choices cover a nice range. The lights install easily and are quite bright. I installed a dimmer which made the lights even more versatile.
