Does NOT perfectly fit into an Apache 5800
Purchased this for my Harbor Freight Apache 5800 (Pelican 1510 clone). It will fit but with some modification or omitting the center top and bottom latch points. Also, the included self tapping screws are too small to fit the Apache lid. Be aware you will need to source alternate hardware. Other than that, thus lid panel works as advertised.

Pelican should include these with all their cases
This is a pretty pricey upgrade considering you have to buy your own bags/molle gear to attach to it verse the lid adapter that has bags. But it's entirely configureable to your needs and that's what makes it great. I love having the customizability of this on the lid.

Perfect for me
Got it because I travel with a lot of tool. Really great organizer. Had one screw break but it was easy to put in a replacement.
