Q: Is this the same exact formula as Original in a smaller jar? If not what is difference?

smaller container is all. for personal use. and not for mass application by an fx artist/ team. this last me all haunt season long as i do my ownmake up.

Q: Can i use it for fake lashes?

I have used it before for lashes in a pinch, but this is mostly for prosthetics and fx makeup

Q: Is this safe for the face?

I'm not sure. You can put a small amount in an inconspicuous spot and wait 24 hrs to see if you have a reaction.

Q: How long does it take to dry up? And, how do you remove it?

Pending on room temperature it can take 20 - 30 minutes, a hair dryer (not to close) will reduce time. Pros Aide remover is designed to aid in removal.
