Looks like 20mm inner is minimum, but be careful on something that narrow: tire might feel floppy and probably has a better chance of burping if you're running tubeless through harsh rocks. Haven't tried the tire on my WTB i23s yet, but those rims feel great tubeless with 2.35

No, I believe this tire will be too wide for your bike and will not have the needed clearance between the fork, chain stays and seat stays. Look at the sidewall of your current tires and check the width. It is most likely something like 2.1 or maybe 2.25. I couldn't find any specs on it checking online.
