This thing is great! Ive been using two tennis balls taped together and this thing is so much better. Its sturdy but soft at the same time and the spacing in the middle is perfect. I bought one for my family memebrs too.

I use this item after sitting at my desk every three hours or so because my spine goes out of alignment that easily. It is a lifesaver! It relieves my pain and does it's job effectively. I use it while laying on the floor. I don't need help with it, it is simple, durable, and easy to use.

The black band in the middle actually makes for a great weak point in the ball which I am highly annoyed with. I wish it was just solid instead. I expect this not to last as long due to this weak point.
