Great quantity yield! Flavourful and quick.
Does what it says! Actually makes 80-100 delicious khatta dhoklas per pack ! The tangy taste is well pronounced. Takes about 12-14 minutes to fluff up. Haven't been able to get the market-like fluff, but I find them more flavourful and filling. The instructions are clear and precise. If you're adding the right proportions of curd, oil and water, you're in for a treat! Does ask for 7 tablespoons of oil, but it balances out in the large yield quantity. Recommended !Tip : If you please, leave the whipped batter standing for about an hour before steaming. You get softer dhokla.
