The seller very carefully packaged the item. They used multiple layers of wrap to ensure the scroll portion would not crack in shipment. It is a very relaxing waterfall picture as expected printed on fabric. There are multiple hanging options provided by seller. Wall hardware was included.

The scroll I received does not look like the one I ordered, as pictured on Amazon.The advertised photos have vivid colors and a thinner bottom edge. What I received was a blah and not as brightly colored scroll with a bulky and clunky bottom which looks awkward on the wall.This arrived packaged well, but also had a very bad smell to it upon unpacking.Not impressed.

It was exactly what I needed for the place-the right size and nice picture.

The picture is not clear and defined, and certainly not of a quality I am used to receiving from China. The colors are pale, and the bottom of the scroll is nasty-ugly and unnecessarily chunky.

Arrived on time, no damage to the box shipped in also wrapped very well inside box. Unwrapped it and the scroll had many mold/rust marks on it. It was packaged and sent damaged. Wish I had thought to take a picture. NO quality control. No issues with return and refund.
