When the item was delivered I requested the delivery driver take it back. The quality of the wood was nothing like the pictures show! Company gave me a full refund.

I bought this item from another company but as I saw it advertised here I felt I had to write a review. The product is exceptionally poor quality with many panels delivered warped and uneven. There were many holes in the wood with panels splitting horizontally. Much more than the 'normal' characteristics of wood. The joiners who assembled it were very critical of the quality even before they started. The company I did buy it from kept stalling and would not give me a refund as I did not immediately send it back. I gave them 70 pictures showing water ingress in many areas: they told me to build a drainage system surrounding the summerhouse!!! Fortunately my credit card company refunded me (through Section 75)
