🌱 Elevate your indoor garden’s vibe—CO2 made simple, smart, and stress-free!
The GP6050 GREEN PAD CO2 Generator pack includes 5 pads and 2 hangers designed to naturally release carbon dioxide through a humidity-activated chemical reaction. It offers an inexpensive, equipment-free solution to boost CO2 levels in indoor gardens, supporting healthier plant growth. Each pad lasts up to two weeks and can be scaled to fit garden sizes from 200 to 400 cubic feet, making it an ideal backup or primary CO2 source for home growers.

Way less gross than those CO2 bags
I bought these after seeing them in a hydro magazine. They're like swiffer sheets that release CO2. I put one in my 4x2x5 space and several experienced outdoor 'gardeners' asked me what I was doing to promote the growth I was getting, so they must've been working. I definitely saw it tail off after about a week and a half, even less time if you're always spraying it, so just let it hang out if you've got a solid humidity level. I'm writing this as I buy another pack of these, because I don't have the $200 for the initial investment of a CO2 system. So you'll need at least two packs for a 10-15 week cycle in a small space like mine.

it is good for seedlings not for flowering plants
I used a similar product 15 years ago and cannot remember the name. This works on seedlings, which doubled in leaf size (height about same) in one week with two sheets. The leaf probably would increase in width anyway with the addition of more light in the form of Blackstar's bloom (rectangular fixture with 240 watts) placed 6" from canopy. So I cannot be sure why leaf is bigger or if CO2 is a factor, my guess is it helps. A meter would be required to be certain of the CO2 level in the room. Since I am not using a tent, my guess is it dissipates into the ceiling vent and out the roof after a few hours or days. However, the customer who noted dripping noted that the drip might be toxic. I don't think it's toxic but whatever it is that is dripping on my one mature plant is making spots on the leaves where it drips, so I advise moving the sheet away from any mature plant. I misted the plant with the spots and it seemed to clear up for the most part. This makes me wonder how much of it actually goes in the air and if most of it just falls on the surface. As for placement, I hung it on a cord stretched between two hooks, between my two lights in a 4X2 small indoor "hobby" garden. I spray it at least once a day.I have not researched CO2 "$ystems," because I don't need to grow more than six 2' plants at any given time, so this is sufficient for my small needs. For the price, at roughly $5.50 you do get what you pay for, increased CO2 and a disposable item that takes up little space, is recyclable, and the hanger can be used for clothing when you're done. I probably won't buy it again because there is no way to detect the CO2 level in the room without purchasing a meter and the vendor does not suggest any meter in price range of this product. For this reason, again, if you want CO2 at a certain level, I am guessing the hydroponic systems are priced in hundreds of dollars because they include a meter and hookups for hydroponic systems. Since I am not that, I don't need to look further. There are 2 other products in this price range that make same claims as this one. I probably had one of those (bag type). My recollection is that growth of seedlings is stimulated for about a week or so after you open the bag then it goes back to normal.

a light spray once a day is perfect to activate them and keep them that way
very impressed by the effects. saw 3 times the growth by having the room at 50 percent humidity so I never had to spray them. you actually don't want to over wet them because they will leak green stuff down. but that's not how theyre supposed to be used anyway. a light spray once a day is perfect to activate them and keep them that way. each pad lasts about a week and a half but I never took them out. I added 1 more each week and I am sold on this product. would definitely buy again

Sorely disappointed...and an update
I hate leaving a negative review, but felt obligated here. Despite other negative reviews I purchased these and followed instructions to a T. I even watched the company "how to" video. Before employing 2 pads I checked my baseline Co2 in a well sealed 4'x4'x72" grow tent. After 2 days there was absolutely no increase of Co2 levels. With that, I dampened both pads again and placed them in a 32" x 32"x60" well sealed grow cabinet. Once again, absolutely no appreciable change in Co2 levels (+-10ppm). During both trials I replaced the pads with relatively small, homemade Co2 generators and achieved immediate and dramatic increases. I hate returning anything, but these have got to go.UPDATE: I returned both packages, one unopened and the other opened, but included the two pads that did not produce higher CO2 numbers. Although hard to discern, the seller charged me a "restock fee" on the unopened package and an additional fee for the two used, but defective pads. Total refunds was around $37 of the original $64. I've since filed a complaint with Amazon. Again, I don't like leaving negative feedback to begin with, but in this case it's warranted and I would suggest great caution in dealing with this seller.Update: Using Amazon as mediator, seller issued full refund which I greatly appreciate. I regret it coming to this and hope other find greater results with the product.
