If you’re on the fence, buy it!! Great DAYTIME privacy!!!
Photos:1. First window application (after 1 week), daytime, rainy & overcast2. The difference in appearance of the window I did vs the window I didn’t3. Second window application, light on inside during daytime—rainy & overcast4. Second window application, light on inside during daytime—rainy & overcast***3 & 4: you can only really see the lamp light itself and nothing else ;)I actually bought this twice because I liked it so much. Also I didn’t realize when I first bought it, that I only bought enough to do one window... ***MEASURE your windows BEFORE purchasing*** I purchased again, and got the appropriate size so I wasn’t using as much of the product (first window I applied it vertically—first purchase; second window I applied it horizontally—second purchase).I LOVE the privacy it provides. As you can see, I happen to live on a ground floor. Love not having to go up the stairs, but do not love the lack of window privacy… I didn’t see many reviews saying if it still provided privacy protection in the daytime with lights on inside. Yes, it does! I tested it out, and provided pictures (the last two photos)! Also want to note it is raining and overcast but still daylight when I took ALL of the photos. As you can see, it provides great privacy. You CAN see my light inside lit up but other than that, it’s impossible to see anything else inside still.I don’t want to go outside at night by myself since I live in an apartment building so I have yet to let you all know if it does do anything at all at night or if it really is completely see through. Obviously protection wouldn’t be optimized because it needs to reflect light, but since it also tints the window, I wanted to see if it provided a little privacy (obviously not total privacy). I can update if I ever find out if I ever happen to be outside in the dark. You can still see out your window at night even if light is reflecting in.Also, I wanted to mention that this also tints your windows on the inside!! It is very strong tint in my opinion! My room at 1pm during the day (cloudy, rainy, overcast), needs lights on inside for me to be able to see. That’s why I tested above if I still had privacy with lights on in the daytime. You can see outside very well during the day.It is SO easy to apply! Especially on a standard apartment building window (what I put it on)! It comes with a precision cutter, a microfiber cloth to put a card in to squeegee out the water without scratching the product, and a ruler (I didn’t need it but it could be helpful). The instructions were easy to understand and straightforward. It would’ve been nice to apply with another person, but I did it myself just fine with no issues, so it is doable on your on to apply for sure!! I like that it isn’t adhesive application. It makes it easier to slide it into a position you want before needing to cut off the excess and squeegeeing it in place. My first window has been up for 1 week and I just applied the second one today. Both are holding up well with no peeling off issues at all. Also I did have some small bubbles at first after application, but they really did go away (for the most part—the ones left are not very noticeable) after the water evaporated.Summary:1. Measure your window before purchasing!!! You can optimize how much you use!! (It was easier for me to use the roll left to right (horizontal) than vertical, and I saved a lot more product, so keep in mind which way you want to apply and then select the size based off that!)2. It does provide privacy protection during the day with lights on inside2. I’m unsure how much night privacy it actually provides (partial or total loss of privacy?)3. Really darkens rooms—especially if it is cloudy and rainy—from its tint4. Totally worth it in my opinion. Great, affordable option for some daytime privacy, while still being able to look outside.5. Very easy to apply, and can be applied all by yourself.6. Yet to have any peeling or falling off issues (but it has only been 1 week ;)

Perfect window tint
So, I wondered would this window tint work inside my shower, where it gets really steamy and the answer is “YES” it works perfectly and it hasn’t fallen off and the steam that use to collect on my window is not on the film. I love it

Buena opción
Buen material, impide la visibilidad, pega con facilidad y resiste aunque me gustaría que el adhesivo fuera mas fuerte. Si no te toca mucho es perfecto.

Not as bad as I thought it would be
Our front door is basically a huge window. My husband and I wanted to put up privacy film for months but kept putting it off because we were intimidated by the installation process. We had also seen some DIY installations in the neighborhood that didn't look so good. Finally, we saw an installation that looked good and asked our neighbor to share this link with us. We like that the film still lets a lot of natural light through but still provides privacy. Overall, installing it was a challenge but it wasn't as bad as I expected. Follow the directions and have someone there to help you as I think it'd be very difficult to put it by yourself. Here are my tips for each step:1. Cutting: I thought this was the easiest part of the process. As they say, measure twice and cut once. I measured our door multiple times to ensure I got the width and height correct as well as the film itself. Pay attention to the pull tab that helps you peel the protective part from the film – I didn't notice it and accidentally cut that part off. (Not the end of the world but annoying.) The instructions say to cut slightly larger than the area you need to cover. I would advise against this. I probably cut mine about 1/8" wider than the measurements and then I had to in with an exacto knife after it was up to trim the excess. Not ideal, but I went to art school, so I'm more comfortable with an exacto knife than most. I'm not sure why the instructions tell you to do this, but I would encourage you to cut 1/8-1/4" smaller than what you need.2. Clean the surface: I like surgically cleaned our front door with a clean microfiber cleaning towel and glass cleaner twice. It's important to do this because every little hair, piece of dirt, or fuzz will show once you apply it to the surface. Take the time to ensure the surface is squeaky clean.3. Spray the heck out of the surface: Make sure you have a spray bottle ready before you start this process. I followed the directions by spraying the surface before applying. However, getting the film straight and positioned took longer than we thought. I think I ended up spraying our glass door three times before we actually put the film on. Have your spray bottle nearby throughout the process.4. Applying: This was a lot of trial and error. Luckily, if you stick the film on crooked, it comes off pretty easily (again, this is why re-spraying is so important). My husband helped me and I can't imagine how I would've been able to do this without an extra set of hands. He held the bottom away from the window as I worked from the top to get the film aligned and smoothed out. I used our shower squeegee to smooth everything out and remove air bubbles. If you're doing it right, you'll see water trickle down to the bottom of the film. Once it was properly affixed to the glass, I spent about 5-10 smoothing it out with the squeegee. This process would be a lot harder and take longer without a squeegee, so I'd recommend buying one if you don't have one already.

Foliage Privacy
The foliage privacy film is really nice and pretty. Used it on dog door insert.

Not worth the cost
Sun and heat dries the contact and it falls off.

Total privacy, easy install, very satisfied - great product for the price paid
I originally was going to return the item because of how white the roll is. It reminded me of a roller shade. However, this was the 2nd company I ordered from and did not want to go back and forth with returns. I used this for the lower portion of my bathroom window. The product provides total privacy (see picture below). I am very happy I chose to keep it and give it a try. I purchased the matte white film. The install was very easy and I am not a person who is handy nor crafty. Just follow instructions and have everything ready. I have more than enough left to do the top window if I choose or the window to my guest bathroom.
