Q: Are these really made in usa or chinese knock offs like all the duracells on amazon?

The packages of the Energizer AA Max batteries I received from Amazon were made in St. Louis Mo. USA. That doesn't mean that some of them for sale on Amazon aren't from China. I started buying Energizer Batteries because of all the leak problems I had with Duracell. Good Luck, You might also check with Amazon or the seller through the questions to seller. on the item's page.

Q: These do not have max written on them in the vendor's photos. are they?

The AA batteries I received are marked Energizer MAX and have a use by date of 12/2030.

Q: What temperatures are they rated for?

Batteries do not have temperature ratings. There are a few things to keep in mind however. You want to store batteries in a cool, dark place. If they’re not used for a long time they may burst. This may cause damage to the item (s) you put the batteries in. In other words, keep battery operated devices out of the sun. The key words are Cool and Dry. Do not get them wet either. Check dates for expiration and you’ll be good to go!!!

Q: Have the issues of incorrect amounts shipped and poorly boxed orders been fixed?

I had same issue. Sent box of “pile o’ batteries” back; then ordered from different vendor!
