Q: What size for a 20lbs 4mo who has chunky legs? Want the to last a bit just cover his cloth diapers.

They stretch around the leg an waste so u can go with a bigger size an be ok

Q: Will these work to put over diaper to stop nightly leaking for 6 month old? I've tried every diaper, different sizes but yet she is wet every morning.

No they will not. These are not like the old ones. They are basically just a diaper cover but no good for preventing leaks at all. They are too stretchy.

Q: Can these be worn in the pool?

Yes, in fact my rec center requires these (and sell them there) over a swim diaper. These should not be used in place of a swim diaper though because I don't think they would hold poop too well.

Q: My daughter weighs 50lbs at 3 years old. She is currently in a six 6 diaper and panties. What size in these would work for her?

These run extremely big. I bought the 2t for my little one when she was about 32 lbs and she could easily wear 2 training undies and have so much room. I would go with a 2t.
