Used only once on the new gas range to make two omelets. Supposed to work with all types of heat sources. Surface (underside) scratched super easy on the new range. The handle being plastic couldn't handle the heat and started to melt. Used the smallest burner closest to me turned way down. I would recommend this to someone with an electric or induction range, but for many gas ranges, this probably isn't the best solution. Maybe a small butane burner or something would be ok but ended up spending the extra money for a cast iron pan with a wooden handle and returning this one. It was a great pan, nothing sticks, cooked well, but durability on the gas range made it an unacceptable choice for our kitchen.

Easy to use and clean, kept on medium heat and it should last for a while. Only downside is that the handle is not wood but wood-printed plastic handle.

Got this for replace my old unstick pan, this first one, it is ok. It is good to cook and you don't need to put the oil. I used it around a week and then the handle part got loose, so I return it request a replacement. But When I got the replacement, even worse. When the first day I use it to cook, the food smell with the plastic and I only use twice, the handle part got loose again and the bottom coating got fallen.......man !! sorry have to return again. Not recommend this item.

Love this little cooking pan! Making tamagoyaki is so much fun! It not just for that, but you can use it for other things. Make quesadillas, or melt some good cheese to top other dishes, fry up some small meat stuff, etc. Make sure to only use medium heat when using this or you'll burn off the protective coating that keeps it very non-stick. Cleaning is easy, treat it well and it will not disappoint!

The product is very nice. Although I'm clearly no professional, I've attempted to make Tamagoyaki for the first time in my college dorm and there's no problems with the pan. The omelette slides right off.Would definitely recommend to a friend. :)
