I wear a 36 G in this bra and yes, it's very very supportive. I've worn and loved it for years.

Yes, that is if you like extra room in your cup! I wear a38DD and decided to order a 38DDD, although I still don’t know why. The band remained the same. However, the cup had a lot of extra room. Besides, this is a minimizer bra and you really don’t need the extra fabric. ** Tip: it could be that you need a larger band. I hope this helps!
