Q: Can these huge capsules be opened and mixed in liquid?

Yes. I mix niacin, beet powder, vitamin c powder, magnesium powder and L-Arginine in 16 oz. bottle of water and shake up. Excellent for hydration and energy in the Florida heat. I've been doing it for years.

Q: Is this arginine base or hcl? The label for the tablets say from hcl but the capsules don't say that.
