can I use this arm with my 4K 40inches 25.4 lbs monitor?

Yes it will work. It is well within the weight and these are the Mounting Standards provided with this product. I am confident that your display will work with this mount system. double check your monitor and confirm it has one of the following mount configurations.: VESA MIS-D, 75/100 (hole pattern = 100 x 100 mm & 75 x 75 mm), MIS-E (hole pattern = 200 x 100 mm), MIS-F (hole pattern = 200 x 200 mm ONLY). Optional VESA Bracket Adaptor Kit (97-759) can be ordered separately for MIS-F interface with hole pattern of 400 x 200 mm, 400 x 300 mm or 400 x 400 mm.These are very good and sturdy. i have six various versions and do like this one.Hope this is helpful!Andrew

Will this work with the newer 32 inch wacom tablet with the vesa adapter? or is the tablet to heavy?

NO. the Adapter weights 3.64 Pounds and the 32 inch wacom tablet weights 28.66 lbs.

If the manufacturer's specs requirement is 6.3-13.6kg, what happens if my monitor is below the minimum weight? Does it affect its functionality?

The only problem might be that it won't stay in place. It might creep up since the spring is set for the minimum weight. The spring is adjustable, but only can be set down to a minimum.

Does this already include a 200 mm x 200 mm VESA plate, or do i need to purchase one separately?

If i remember correctly, the unit itself has a standard mounting plate on it and also comes with 4 little metal extenders that allow you to mount it to monitors with different sized mounts. So you should be all set.

Exceptional quality

Very happy with the mount and the fact that I decided not to save money on it, as quality/convenience much more important.The setup is a bit complicated, especially the weighting that you need to adjust by using a screwdriver. I don't think I managed to do it perfectly right, but everything works well.

This is amazing
