A pan of nachos caught on fire in my oven (stupid me put the nachos on parchment paper). I was so glad I had this under my sink. I pulled the oven rack out carefully and threw this on top. It snuffed out the fire after 20 seconds. A fire extinguisher would have been a huge mess. Thankfully the fire was contained to the sheet pan. RIP nachos.

I purchased one of these for my home kitchen and one for my two vehicles. The small packet is so easy to slide into the door pocket or the pockets behind the front seats. These are perfect for the fire that you hope you never have to witness, either in your own vehicle or home or to rescue someone else.

Haven't used it and hopefully never. But I feel good that I have it. Just hang it and it's there for you. Don't have to pull pins or spray just put it over the flame or smoke. But if the fire is in the oven turn oven off and keep the door closed. I'm glad I have it in my house.
