Love these socks! My feet are wide, and yes, we can get shoes to fit, but what about socks? I never really thought getting socks that fit right would change how my feet feel. All my other socks barely fit my wide feet, especially the toes, and the stitch seam would just kill the tops and sides of my toes. And talk about foot sweat! I always loved taking my shoes off at the door and leaving sweaty foot trails on the floor, but since my purchase of Special Essentials, my feet have gone from limping man to running man! Wow, who knew? Right from the first wear, I knew my feet were in for some good loving. Being on my feet all day and moving around, your feet take a beating, and last year, plantar fasciitis became an issue. Sure, buying the right shoes always helps, but it never fixed the real problem—my socks—until now. These socks are wide with no stitching; my feet never sweat, and they stay up my ankle. One thing I did test was the shrinkage after washing or drying. I left one sock to dry normally—just hang dry—so the test of drying just one showed very little shrinking, but maybe after a few dries it could be more, so I'm sticking with hang drying. I'm giving these socks an A++ for being so good and comfortable on my well-used feet.

I wear a size 42. I bought size 10-13, laundered and put them in the dryer, and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable, and for people with a spandex/lycra allergy, they did not cause an allergic reaction. They could be a bit looser around the ankle, but are not tight and don't fall down. Recommended.

Amazing product deff worth it

Admittedly, the description for the sock for the Medium size does not indicate that the sock will fit a woman who wears size 7 shoes. However, since the title/description did say 45% cotton, I thought they might shrink if washed and then dried on high heat since they don't sell a size small. They socks did not shrink after two runs on high heat in the dryer. Also, I was hoping that since they have cotton they would be softer than so many socks these days. Not really. Even after using liquid fabric softener and a dryer sheet. They aren't super scratchy, but also not nice and soft.That said, the elastic ankle does fit loosely and stretches as advertised which is what I was wanting since so many socks today have elastic that really pinch even though I do not have large ankles or swelling. The way the weave is done on the ankle section, zigzagging, did aggravate my sensitive skin when I did wear the socks anyway and stuffed the extra end into the top of my shoe. Instead of returning these, I ended up giving the bulk of these to someone else who does have a larger foot. I kept some just to wear while lounging around. For the amount of pairs of socks you are getting, this is fairly priced for sure.

These socks are really comfortable. I'm not diabetic, but I really love how soft they are. They wear out a bit faster than ordinary socks, but they are very inexpensive, so I don't mind that they wear out.

Only socks my husband will wear.They're very comfortable and they fit very well.

They are great socks and wash up well

Better then expected! Last Diabetic socks I had, got stretched out at ankle and my feet started to hurt more. So, I found these on here. As other reviewers said GO UP IN SIZE! I wear a 10 in shoes and bought LARGE. After washing and drying them, I was worried they were not going to fit, but they stretched. Only thing I don't like is seam accross the toes. It does not hurt, but hard to straighten out when putting on socks. But, I can REALLY tell a difference in my neuropathy pain. I use cream as soon as I get out of shower. With other stretched out socks, I was reapplying multiple times a day. I do still have to, as most with neuropathy knows, is night time. But, sitting all day with these on, and no other compression socks, these hold up and my feet don't hurt at end of day! Yeah!
