Perfectly outlined to understand how my diet is often related to emotions with solutions
I love it because even though I'm not fully into Chakras, it was wholly useful immediately. There isn't the long preamble often present in "diet" books but went straight into how to find your strongest Chakra -then provides an understanding why you may be responding to or craving certain foods, providing alternative foods along with ways to harmonize and feed your true self. A lot of interesting and useful information.

Excellent book
This book helps me take a look at the foods that I eat and makes it possible for me to zero in on foods I should avoid. Give it a read. I think you will like it.

Fascinating and helpful!
So very readable! I love the quiz to help me determine all the stuff I need to know to best utilize the advice. I've always nodded off when the topic of chakras came up, but this really kept me reading. A really great book!

Really enjoyed
I never knew anything about chakras so this really was an interesting read for me. I enjoyed the explanations, the advice, the entirety of the experience. Definitely would recommend this book for others to check out! #netgalley #chakrasfoodandyou

Good read
Chakras, Food and You was very interesting and fun to read. I won’t be following the program but it gave me a lot to think about. I would recommend the book to others to read.

Save your money
This book was a real waste of money and time. The Chakra diets are just a reiteration of how to eat a balanced diet. Save your money.
