Best!
Love this for rough exterior siding! The best you can buy and I have tried a lot of roller covers. Highly recommend

Essential for rough surfaces.
It proved much superior to standard longer nap rollers.

Good for fence painting, but a longer nap would be better.
I am using these to re-coat three rail wood pasture fences with Lexington Oil Base Black Fence Paint. They are doing a good job of application on the flat surfaces. For the round posts, I had hoped to make fewer passes than I actually am using. I selected the 1 inch nap rollers based on recommendations that the nap would apply paint in the cracks where the boards are screwed to the posts, but unfortunately I'm finding that an even longer nap would do a better job. For the money, these are good rollers. I removed a single star because of an inaccurate product description, or better described, hype without information. The description describes proprietary golden yellow nap, but what is it? No mention of the material of whether it is woven or knit. I assume woven. A selling point is the "double-thick" core. But, double what? I have used a digital caliper to measure the cores of Wooster white fabric rollers, and they are .070 inches. A pack of generic store brand rollers from Lowes also have 0.070 thick cores. These Super-Fab Professional grade rollers have a core that is 0.100 inches thick. That's thicker, but certainly not double the thickness of either their own cheaper roller, or a generic roller. In reference to the core, I have been pre-wetting these rollers with mineral spirits, and that seems to have no negative effect on the core material. I am not attempting to clean these rollers. I just paint as much fence as I can in one session, and then discard the used roller. At the low price per roller, it's not worth my time and the cost of solvent to clean them. I ordered a dozen. They came jumbled and stuffed in a too small box so they were matted down, but the cores held up. Three of the 12 were missing their plastic sleeves. I suppose that due to missing labels they could not be sold singly, so my box of a dozen was a perfect place to get rid of merchandise that had lost its packaging.

Great roller, used to seal concrete

Just a roller
I didn't fancy it myself. It's not great for outdoor high stucco text paint finishes. It was a bit sloppy. For inside use it will probably finish nicely but in thinner layers.
