I almost never write reviews. But I can say without a doubt that with the aid of this device I was able to break a prescription dextroamphetamine habit. I always binged on it on the weekends and felt like a failure every time afterwards.I purchased this thinking that the idea behind it was ingenious. I had enough foresight to put aside a gradually decreasing amount of dextroamphetamine every week for my weekend binges and locked the rest away. I decreased the amount from 10 10-milligram tabs gradually by 1/2 a tab every week and gradually got down all the way a 1/2 tab about 2 months ago and ever since then I've been meth-free for about 2 months now.Of course it's easy to break into the device if you're motivated enough, which I did once but only once. This device won't give you willpower to avoid breaking into it or to have the foresight to only set aside a certain amount of a drug every week (or most importantly to stop getting refills of a drug that you have a valid prescription for) but if you supply the willpower to do those things you can succeed in breaking a habit. I'm glad I managed to break my habit before it did any lasting damage (I was only addicted for about a year).If you are thinking about getting this device for a similar reason, don't hesitate to buy it. It doesn't hurt to try, and if you're motivated enough you will succeed as well.

This is one product I didn't have to think twice to give 5 stars. Its ingenious in its functionality, simplicity and ease of operation. It fills a need which just about everyone of us had or will have at one time or another for one thing or another that you can't stay away from. Thanks to the inventor of K safe!

This product does what it says it does. It’s helped me break a few bad habits. It’s definitely a good investment because I’ve saved more money than this thing cost by using it. I recommend purchasing this.

I had to look at the booklet to see how to insert the included batteries. After that it was super easy to figure out.update: the battery cover comes off constantly. doesn't affect usage so i'm leaving review. but still. i'm gonna lose the thing. it just pops off. might throw some tape on it.

This is coming in very handy I have been trying to cut back on my smoking but my willower is very weak. the lock on this is super easy the container is not that small you can fit quite a bit into it. no fail safe on the lock once you set it you have no choice but to wait until the timer runs down. I love it

The first one I purchased cracked within a couple weeks for no reason so I returned it. The box worked well, and I thought the cracking was a fluke so I bought a new one. The exact same thing happened with the second one but this time after the return period is over. It is stored on the counter subjected to no stresses that might cause it to crack.

The product has worked great. Has it helped me stay away from products I didn't want to use?NO. In fact, I learned that if I put an object into this case that I have not mentally "separated" from--then the case is just infuriating, and I resolve to never use it for that object.I put a "forbidden" item into this, but all it did was make me obsess about it. You have to be ready to part with the thing that is consuming you--in which case, once you are at that point--you should be able to remove it from your life without needing this!
